Check out Instructions:

• Place and start a load of towels in the washing machine
• Please DO NOT strip beds.  Housekeeping will take care of this for you.
• Place trash in garbage bin
• Load and start dishwasher.

Trash Collection: Please place regular trash bins (grey) by the curb for trash collection Monday evenings. Trash is collected Tuesday mornings between 6 and 11 AM. Include recycle bin (blue) every other week.

Bar-b-que grill. A gas grill and a charcoal grill are available for your use. Please clean after using.

Fire pit. You are welcome to use the fire pit. Always keep the cover on the pit in place. WARNING: the cover gets very hot once a fire is started. Do not touch with bare hands !! Please do not over stoke with too much wood. When finished, use water to extinguish before going inside. In the event of an emergency, use one of several fire extinguishers to extinguish located in the house under the kitchen sink, in the laundry room and in the garage.  WARNING:  Do not use in windy conditions !!

Party lights on Deck. To turn on, plug the power cord into the outlet under the patio. Do not leave the lights on overnight. Warning: Do not use in the rain.

Garage. The garage is not available for use to park vehicles. Please do not rearrange game room equipment.

Game Room. Please enjoy the equipment in the game room. Children must be under adult supervision. Do not leave the big garage door open when no one is using the game room.

Television. 

Televisions are Roku equipped. Use the Roku remote control to turn on and adjust volume.

 

To watch local programming, cable channels including premium television such as HBO, Showtime, or others, select HDMI-1 using the Roku remote control. This will activate the Firestick.

 

Once in the Firestick control, use the up/down buttons to on the circle to navigate through the Home Screen. The center is the “select” button.

To display the cable channel menu, scroll down till you see this icon then press “select” button.

Then select this button to get to Streaming Solutions

This will land on the Channel Menu. From here, just scroll down or up to the channel you desire and press select until the channel is full scream on the TV. Use the arrow right/left, up and down to navigate the menu to change channels. 

Favorite channels include the local Albuquerque stations and can be accessed using the arrow right/left.

Please let us know if you would like to sign in to your own favorite streaming services so we can place the TVs in Guest Mode.  This will allow you to use your personal credentials to log in while you are staying but will erase them once you check out.  Call or message is if you have questions.
